Biographical Note:
Robert Zoellick served as U.S. trade representative from 2001 to 2005, as deputy secretary of state from 2005 to 2006, and as the 11th president of the World Bank Group from 2007 to 2012. Between 1985 and 1993, Zoellick served as counselor to the secretary of the treasury, under secretary of state, and the White House deputy chief of staff. He is currently the non-executive chairman of AllianceBernstein and a senior fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
