Biography

Tom is an Operating Partner at Pritzker Private Capital leading the firm’s activities in the Services sector. Tom has more than 25 years of experience in leadership and senior operating roles across the services industry. Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Tom most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of CEC Entertainment, the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza. During his tenure, he transformed CEC into a technology-enabled organization with taste-test winning food, enhanced entertainment and two integrated businesses. Prior to CEC, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer of Topgolf, a global sports and entertainment company, and as Chief Executive Officer at Omniflight, a nationwide air medical operator. Earlier in his career, he held senior operating roles at FedEx Office and TXU Energy. Tom began his career at Johnson & Johnson and Bain & Company. Tom received a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
