Biography

 Amy Rosellini is passionate about building strong company networks that connect people through culture and opportunity. She believes the best way to build customer and employee loyalty is through two-way trust and collaboration. As a Chief People Officer at mid-sized companies, Amy is responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement strategy, implementing leadership development, succession planning, and talent management to optimize company growth and expansion. She also leads knowledge management, organizational development, talent acquisition, and change management.
