Get Started

  1. Click the Sign In button above.
  2. Enter your SMU credentials to utilize for SMU SSO authentication.
  3. You will be launched into Marketing Cloud and will be in the corresponding Business Unit.

Please Note:

  • Be aware that the session timeout is set for 2 hours. I.e., if you are inactive for 2 hours, SFMC will log out your session and you will need to re-login
  • If there are features you are expecting to see but do not, please contact the IT Help Desk to review your role and permission settings.

 

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is currently only available as a pilot to invited users.
