Favorite thing about SMU: The beautiful campus! SMU is its own little oasis in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Nothing I love more than taking time in between meetings to take a walk around campus! You will always see friendly faces, and nothing beats the views when the leaves begin to change in the fall!

Favorite place on campus: My favorite place on campus has to be Hughes-Trigg! I love getting to see students and faculty grabbing a bite to eat in between classes. There is always something going on and it’s the best place to meet up with friends and colleagues on campus! Don’t forget to grab an Icee from The Market!

Favorite place in Dallas: When I am not at work you can find me at Griggs Park in Uptown! It is one of my favorite views of downtown Dallas. I also love all the puppies there!

Favorite restaurant near campus: Dallas has some really wonderful restaurants, so it’s hard to pick! My top three would have to be Oishii, Honor Bar, and E Bar Tex-Mex!

What I recommend during your stay in Dallas: You have to check out the Knox Street area – so many shops and restaurants in the area. Make sure to stop by Knox Bistro or RH Rooftop!
