Need a verification of a previous certification?

You may find that you need to show that you have previously pass your certification. Here is how to pull verification of previous certification taken at a location other than SMU.

1. Go to Certiport.
2. Login with username and password.
   You can click “I cannot access my account” if you forgot your login.
3. Once you are logged in click the My Transcript tab at the top of the page.
4. You can see the Authenticated Digital Transcript of Certifications you have achieved. Click on PDF next to the certification you need to show proof.
5. In the Print Transcript window, click on Download PDF to download a copy.
