Connect to eduroam (macOS)

macOS

  1. Click the Apple Menu.
  2. Select System Preferences.
  3. Select Network.
  4. Select Wi-Fi and ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
  5. Click the Arrow next to the Network Name.
  6. Select Join Other Network.
  7. Enter eduroam as the network name.
  8. Select WPA2-Enterprise as the Security type.
  9. Enter your credentials: SMU email address and password.
  10. Click Remember this network.
  11. Click Join.
  12. Click Continue when presented with the certificate.
  13. Click Apply and close the system preferences window.
