Cox Team Rooms
The team room is equipped with a single interactive display called the Clevertouch. The display functions as an electronic whiteboard, conference device for Zoom or Teams, and extended display for your computer. There is a browser available to navigate to different websites.
For security reasons, we do not recommend logging into any of your accounts on the device itself. If you choose to do so, do not leave the room before signing out of your accounts.
Using the Clevertouch
Regardless of what you are displaying or doing on the Clevertouch, a small pencil icon will always appear. This icon can be moved around on the screen. If you tap the pencil icon, a larger menu appears. Click the Home button to return to the main dashboard.
