IT Staff in Cox
We are thrilled to have multiple staff located in the new building to ensure rapid support for the Cox community. As they will still be supporting other areas, it is always best to contact our teams for support using the normal contact methods.
The following individuals will be located in Fincher. They will be supported by the full Desktop and AV teams as well to ensure rapid response to your IT needs.
- Stephen Coats: Desktop Support
- Demetrice “Dee” Ingram: AV and Event Support
- Ethan Sims: AV and Event Support
Mike Gebreselassie, Academic Technology Service Director, will also be in the new building to assist faculty with research and instructional support needs.
Beginning in Fall, we will also have a number of student workers in the office to assist with questions and check out equipment.
Additional information regarding the services and support from the IT Office in Fincher will be distributed in August.
