Biography
LiGuo Huang is a tenured Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science at SMU Lyle. Her research centers around intelligent software development and evolution, the synergy of Machine/Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Software Engineering, mining software engineering repositories, software quality assurance, process modeling, simulation and improvement, stakeholder/value-based software engineering, and empirical software engineering. She is the PI of research projects supported by NSF, DoD, and NSA.
Dr. Huang has published over 100 refereed journal, conference papers, and book chapters. She is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, and Executive Editor of the Journal of Software: Evolution and Process. She is in the Steering Committees of the International Conference on Systems and Software Processes (ICSSP) and Conference on Software Engineering Education and Training (CSEE&T).
