Hart Leadership Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessment
The Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessment introduces undergraduate, masters, and PhD students to leadership development concepts by measuring 15 different competencies, such as Self-Regard, Self-Actualization, Emotional Self-Awareness, Emotional Expression, Assertiveness, Independence, Interpersonal Relationships, Empathy, Social Responsibility, Problem Solving, Reality Testing, Impulse Control, Flexibility, Stress Tolerance, and Optimism.
Upon completion of the assessment, students will receive personalized feedback and EQ coaching services designed to identify their strengths, address and explore their growth areas, and establish realistic goals relevant to their academic, professional, and personal development and success. Students will also participate in leadership development workshops scheduled throughout the academic year.
