SMU Project Management Certificate
Learn how to develop a project plan, communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders, and achieve your team’s goals efficiently and effectively. In live classes, you'll immediately apply new tools and techniques and the people side of project management in group activities and individual projects. After completing the coursework, you'll have the opportunity to reinforce your knowledge and skills with a one-on-one virtual coaching session.
