Cancellation/ Withdrawal Procedure for Undergraduate Students

Fall and Spring

Undergraduate students who wish to CANCEL their enrollment prior to the first day of the term  or WITHDRAW after the first day of the term (Fall or Spring) should click HERE for instructions. Students who withdraw after the term has started are responsible for a portion of their tuition/fees, and housing (if applicable) regardless of whether or not the class has started yet. Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure for Graduate/Professional Students

Students who wish to CANCEL their enrollment prior to the first day of the term (all terms) or WITHDRAW after the first day of the term (all terms) should contact their Academic Records Office or Program Director to complete the appropriate form.  
Students who withdraw after the term has started are responsible for a portion of their tuition/fees regardless of whether or not the class has started yet. See Withdrawal Refund Schedule information here.

Petition for Enrollment Policy Exception

Each student is personally responsible for complying with enrollment procedures and policies, and for the accuracy of his or her enrollment. Students are expected to confirm the accuracy of their enrollments each term. Students who wish to petition an exception to enrollment policies should contact one of the following designated below.

If you feel an exception to an enrollment policy is warranted or that your enrollment record is incorrect, please contact the appropriate office listed below for instructions on how to petition. Petitions are to be submitted to the appropriate records office within six months of the term. Petitions submitted later than six months after the term may not be considered.
