Research and Writing Labs, when offered in person, are on the 1st Floor of the Fondren Library, on the Red side.

A: Yes.  The Writing Center offers writing help for ESL students. We offer an ESL specialist to work with you and can also refer you to ESL resources on Campus. Our current specialist is Professor Richard Treat. You may make an appointment with him in WCOnline or email him at rtreat@smu.edu.

A: Yes. Just let us know ahead of time what your accommodations might include and we will work with you.

A: Yes.  Learning specialists are available to meet with you to help with any study skill such as time management, note-taking, test preparation, memory and more.  They are also available to meet with you consistently throughout the semester to help you stay accountable to your goals.  Schedule a meeting with the A-LEC's Academic Counselors.
