Student Media Request

SMU is committed to facilitating requests from student reporters and journalism students. To help you succeed, we request that student journalists complete this form (all fields are required) and review the information below:

• Typically, you can expect a response from our office within one (1) business day.
• Please note that coordinating interviews and responses with administrators, faculty or staff can take up to a week or more depending on their availability.
• We encourage you to plan ahead and allow sufficient time for a response. We appreciate your patience as we handle numerous media requests on a daily basis.
• Interviews are typically only conducted during regular business hours.
