Natalie Voigts serves nonprofits as the Client Service Manager for Mission Advancement, a consulting firm specializing in major gift fundraising, where she helps clients advance their missions and manages the operations of the consulting team. She has engaged with clients in a variety of sectors and has managed capital campaigns across the country, ranging from $2M to $500M. Her analytical and relational skills have been utilized to lead fundraising and staffing assessments, community capacity evaluations, organizational benchmarking, annual fund and major gift growth strategies, training for staff and volunteers, and more.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Voigts gained a passion for the arts along with a deep appreciation for the power of nonprofit organizations to change lives for the better through her training in dance and violin. Her nonprofit career began with internships at a grass-roots arts organization, followed by Lyda Hill Philanthropies supporting the Better Together Fund. Through her graduate work at SMU, Voigts engaged in strategic planning for local and international nonprofits, consulted for organizations looking to articulate social return on investment, and researched the economic effect of the arts in rural communities.
From SMU, Voigts obtained her Master of Business Administration and Master in Arts Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Dance from Baylor University. Voigts is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Dallas Chapter Board of Directors and an active member of the Junior League of Dallas.
