Ryan Segall represents clients in a variety of family law cases including divorces, annulments, child custody suits, terminations, and adoptions. His courtroom experience in counties throughout Texas ranges from final trials and temporary orders hearings to writs of habeas corpus and motions for new trial.
In addition to numerous bench trials, Ryan has also tried multiple jury trials in his career, obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients on issues varying from fraud to child custody cases. Out of approximately 110,000 lawyers licensed to practice in Texas, only 860 are board certified in Family Law, and Ryan is one of them. His advocacy in the courtroom has earned him recognition in several national publications, including SuperLawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
Ryan started his college career at the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor’s of Journalism. He also obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. Ryan’s achievements in both mock trial and moot court tournaments at SMU earned him an induction into the prestigious Order of Barristers, a national honor given to the top ten advocates in each law school’s graduating class. Prior to attending law school, Ryan was a financial advisor with Series 7 and 66 licenses.
