David L. McCombs

David McCombs is primary counsel at Haynes and Boone LLP for many leading corporations in inter partes review (IPR), reexamination, and concurrent patent litigation in the federal courts and before the U.S. Patent Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His practice includes Federal Circuit appellate argument, patent litigation, licensing and technology transfer, patent portfolio development and drafting, and dispute resolution. He is the firm-wide chair of the Technology Practice Group of Haynes and Boone and a member of the firm's board of directors.
