Andrew S. Ehmke

Andy Ehmke is primary counsel at Haynes and Boone LLP for many high-profile technology companies in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He has guided clients through licensing and technology development, intellectual property litigation, Federal Circuit appellate arguments, and patent portfolio development. He is also the firm’s Chief Information Partner overseeing the firm’s technology and cybersecurity strategies and a member of the firm’s board of directors.
