Samuel Rodick

Sam is from Niskayuna, New York and is a History and Political Science double major. He is minoring in Anthropology, Classical Studies, and Public Policy and International Affairs and is on the Pre-Law track. He is a Provost Scholar and a member of the University Honors Program. He is President of the College Democrats and is active in the Armstrong Commons Council and Classical Studies Club. Sam works at the Meadows Museum and will be serving as an RA at Armstrong starting in the Fall of 2023. He has always been passionate about politics and global affairs and in 2022, Sam volunteered for a State Senate campaign in New York. Sam hopes to attend graduate school or law school after SMU and work in either policy advocacy, academia, or law. He is passionate about voting rights issues and electoral reform, studying elections in his free time.
