Dr. Bo Chen is an applied microeconomic theorist. His research interest lies in understanding economic agents’ incentives in dynamic interactions and market processes, as well as the effects of information asymmetry in the design of various real-world mechanisms. Specifically, his research has explored collusion in settings with repeated interaction, optimal design of incentive contracts, optimal bundle pricing, long-run market outcomes of decentralized labor markets, and most recently, information design in dynamic contests.
