May 2019 Graduation

We are incredibly proud of our Class of 2019. On Saturday, May 18 in McFarlin Auditorium, we recognized and applauded the outstanding accomplishments of our undergraduate, graduate and doctorate students.

Our students’ dedicated pursuit, courageous attitude, hard-working mindset, and successful attainment of their respective degrees will allow them to thrive in the new chapters of their lives.

A total of 131 students earned a degree in Economics from SMU in May. The breakdown was as follows:

  • Bachelor of Arts: 49

  • Bachelor of Science: 5

  • Bachelor of Science with Finance Applications: 62

  • Bachelor of Science with Management Information Applications Concentration: 2

  • MA: 2

  • MS: 9

  • PHD: 2
