Aspiring Manager

 

Before you can transform into the leader you want to become, you must first understand the crucial fundamentals of people management. Because you are a high-potential individual contributor who was recently thrust into a management role (or you are about to be), you need these skills now – more than ever. The good news? You are not alone and we are here to help.

In nine challenging sessions, you will join other aspiring managers to learn fundamental aspects of people management, with insight from and access to top-notch faculty instructors and influential leaders from multiple disciplines. Each week, you will learn about essential management topics and engage in practical exercises to turn classroom knowledge into useful behaviors for the real-world.
