Kate Hoedebeck, a seasoned marketing professional, spent the last decade developing brands in the fast-paced CPG world. By applying strategic thought to brand development, she has established consumer insights and positioned brands and categories for growth. Ms. Hoedebeck worked as a brand director and consultant for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies and served as the Director of Marketing for Danco, a consumer division of the Irving based NCH. She currently serves as the Director for the Business Leadership Center at Cox School of Business and also teaches classes as an adjunct lecturer.
She created launch plans for pet safe cleaning products and fortified dairy products and led cross-functional task force to develop overall corporate Hispanic strategy. Ms. Hoedebeck also co-led and facilitated juice drinks aligned sales and marketing strategy development to create total category recommendation. Some major brands she has worked with include: Spotrunner, Kraft Latin America, GameStop, Borden, Dr Pepper, Dr. Scholl’s and Hawaiian Punch.
Ms. Hoedebeck holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA in Economics and International Studies from University of Richmond. She serves as an Ambassador for Richardson Independent School District and serves on the Board of Governors for the Clubs of Prestonwood.
