Forms
Forms used for Human Resources processing are available using the links on this page. Forms are linked either to Sitecore Media files or to an Inside.SMU document library. If on Inside.SMU, you will be prompted to enter your SMU log on information (8 digit SMU ID# and password).
Note: You must be on an SMU computer or be connected via remote desktop/VPN to access forms located on Inside.SMU
