The Learning Covenant

Students will meet with the mentor pastor (and on-site supervisor, if applicable) on or before the first day of internship and receive a list of recommended ministry activities for the internship.  At Intern Orientation in August, the interns will bring the ministry activities list and write the Learning Covenant in consultation with their faculty supervisor, concentrating on the competencies for the first eight weeks of internship.  The intern will write a revised learning covenant after the Ninth Week Evaluation and then again after the Midpoint Evaluation.
