May 31 -
- Priority deadline for May applications
- Priority deadline for FOT scholarships
- Deadline for Student Worker applications
June 28 - Regular deadline for August applications and FOT scholarships
July 17 - Mandatory pre-departure orientation at 5:15 p.m. virtually
July 29- Payment Deadline for August 2024 Term
2024 TERM DATES
Aug 7 - Arrival of students - arrive by 4 p.m. and check in the Dining Hall
Aug 8 - First day of classes - classes are typically 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Aug 23 - Last day of classes, including exams - you are permitted to leave AFTER your final
Aug 24 - Departure Day - check out by 9 a.m.
Student Ambassadors will arrive by 2 pm on August 6th (the day before the regular Arrival Day) and will stay until 12 PM on August 24th (Departure Day) for training and to help with check-in and check-out procedures.

2025 TERM DATES
Jan 3- Arrival of PRW Mountain Sports students - arrive by 4 p.m. and meet in the Dining Hall
Jan 5 - Arrival of students not in PRW Mountain Sports - arrive by 4 p.m. and meet in the Dining Hall
Jan 6 - First day of classes (classes are typically 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Jan 16 - Last day of classes for all students - you are permitted to leave AFTER your final
Jan 17 - Departure day for all students - check out by 9 a.m.
Student Ambassadors will arrive by 2 pm on January 2 (the day before Arrival Day) and will stay until 12 PM on January 17th (Departure Day) for training and to help with check-in and check-out procedures.
