The Institute for Leadership Impact works with emerging and established leaders in education, health, and social enterprise to help them develop the skills they need to be more effective in leading organizations and solving real-world problems.
Education
The Institute works with educational leaders from around the nation to enhance their leadership capacity. The Institutes flagship program District Leadership Fellows offers school district superintendents, and other leaders in the district office, the opportunity to apply learning from cohort meetings, peer group meetings and interactive tutorials to real-world challenges in their districts. Healthcare
The Institute works with researchers from around the world to develop new tools to improve global health solutions. Current projects include low-cost eLearning courses and virtual reality simulators designed to reduce the time and cost required to train practitioners in the surgical management of postpartum hemorrhage and cervical cancer.
