On this one-day giving challenge, Mustangs across the world unite to support their favorite SMU organizations, causes and initiatives. The power of the collective makes a HUGE impact on the Hilltop and beyond.

You can be a champion

As advocates for hundreds of reasons to give on SMU Giving Day, Champions are game changers for campus causes. Champions encourage their network to donate to the cause or causes that matter most to them. Participating Champions are eligible to win exciting prizes and take part in exclusive challenges and competitions throughout the day. Sample social media posts, phone scripts, example email and text messages and customizable graphics make spreading the word about SMU Giving Day causes easy and fun.

On #SMUOneDay, we help Mustangs and Mustang supporters give to their favorite causes. Follow the steps below to achieve SMU Giving Day Champion success.

The SMU team will email you a unique URL to use when you encourage your network to donate to SMU Giving Day. You must use this link to track your individual outreach efforts and be eligible to win prizes like SMU swag and additional challenge funds for the cause of your choice.
