The Office of the Secretary is located in the Perkins Administration Building, Suite 130, at 6425 Boaz Lane, Dallas, Texas, 75205. There is limited parking along Hillcrest Avenue and metered parking on University Boulevard beside the building. Visitors to Office of the Secretary may call our main number for further instructions on parking.
