The Marian Tower International Conference Series

The Marian Goodwin Tower International Conference Series honors the memory of Marian Tower. Like her father, Senator Tower, Marian had a strong passion for international politics, languages, and cultures. The very first conference in the series, "Pathways to Democracy, The Political Economy of Democratic Transitions," was held on April 4 and 5, 1997.
