TAI offers a degree program with an executive focus. You will study in small class sizes, in a top 5 Media Market home to many advertising agencies and fortune 500 companies. The location offers opportunities for the best professors working in the industry, the best internships, and the greatest networking opportunities.
Applicants interested in pursuing a thesis/research emphasis may select Plan B of our MA in Advertising program. Research credits are taken in place of both the second year fall elective and the final semester’s Executive Internship so that students are able to complete and defend their projects in preparation for an academic career or further study.
When you work toward a Masters Degree in Advertising from TAI, you’ll gain needed experience as you attend events and engage in activities with national industry associations and clubs. Whether you attend a lunch sponsored by the AAF (American Advertising Federation), gather insight at the Social Media Club of Dallas, or show your best work at a show like the One Show in New York; you’ll gain experience and relationships that will benefit you for a lifetime.

You can have both worlds. Students pursuing either plan study strategic brand management, consumer persuasion, creative problem solving, account management, social entrepreneurship, metrics, consumer engagement and social media, as well as advertising campaigns.
You’ll study abroad. During your second year, you will travel overseas (typically in June) to learn about Advertising in a global marketplace. Past destinations included India, Hong Kong and Macau.
And when you’re not abroad, you’ll live and study in Dallas.
