Twenty-seven years ago, Southern Methodist University inaugurated the Willis M. Tate Distinguished Lecture Series. Since then, leading minds from around the world have shared their unique perspectives with the people of Dallas. The series annually returns nearly $1 million to the University, primarily for the President's Scholars Program.
