SMU-IN-TAOS: ASPH 1300

Since the 1850s, photographers have been fascinated and inspired by the unique beauty of the New Mexican landscape and the rich cultural history of its people. Demonstrations, lectures, field trips, assignments and critiques are designed to take full advantage of land, light and people of the Taos and Santa Fe areas. Students will study beginning photography in the supportive environment of SMU-in-Taos. Beginning students work only with digital cameras but will have the opportunity to learn basic Adobe Photoshop techniques for outputting to high quality inkjet printers.
