*The policies listed in the Student Code of Conduct are reviewed and revised annually by faculty, staff and students. Upon approval by the President of the University, an updated Student Handbook is published each summer, just prior to the beginning of AARO (Academic Advising, Registration & Orientation). Students, faculty and staff may make suggestions for revisions and changes by getting in touch with the SMU Student Senate, located in the Student Activities & Multicultural Student Affairs Office, Hughes-Trigg Student Center Rm. 300, ph 8-4400.
