2011 SMUSA TALENT SHOW

Location: Hughes-Trigg Ballroom

Date: October 20th, 2011

Time: 11:30am to 1:00pm

If you would like to perform or showcase digital photography in the Talent Show, please contact Samantha Tellone, Talent Show Coordinator at stellone@smu.edu

LUNCH

Lunch will be catered by SMU Dining Services and features cuisine inspired by the State Fair of Texas. 

Corn dogs, hot dogs, Nacho Bar with ground beef, queso, guacamole and all the fixins.

Fried Oreos, Funnel Cakes, lemonade and iced tea. 

The luncheon is $13.99 per person.

SALSA CONTEST

2011 Talent Show Home-Made Salsa Contest!

What says Texas more than Salsa?  All Talent Show attendees can participate! 

The 5 judges will vote on:  Taste, Originality and Presentation 

The salsa with the most points, wins!

Requirements:

  Salsa must be home made with fresh ingredients

  A list of the ingredients must be provided (Risk Management requirement)

  Only bring 1 cup of salsa

  Keep it refrigerated

  Bring your salsa to the event by 11:30 am Judging will occur at 11:45 am

  Must be present to win!!
