*Planning Committees are made up of staff volunteers who help plan the events of the Staff Association.  Typically to be a volunteer for a Planning Committee you will need to attend weekly and/or monthly meetings starting a few months before the scheduled event.   You will also need to be available for the day of the event as a committee member.

*The (Standing) Programming Committee meets all year long to plan and prepare for events and other programming.  Though we appreciate committed members, this committee allows flexibility of members' time and schedules.  Members may choose to take the lead for specific events of interest.

*General Volunteers are a pool of volunteers who are willing to help with the activities during the day of the event.  We need volunteers to help usher, ticket take, serve as host's, pass out programs, help direct individuals to the event, etc. etc.
