Professor Dyson has participated in landmark school finance lawsuits, including Campaign For Fiscal Equity v. State of New York. Recently, he advised the Texas Legislature on ways to revise funding formulas for public education. He has written and lectured extensively in the areas of educational testing, school funding and judicial remedies.
Katherine Hargrove,

Director Hargrove can explain policy regarding teachers’ salaries, vouchers and measures to conform Texas schools to the No Child Left Behind Act. Hargrove, a former classroom teacher and curriculum writer, has been in education for more than two decades and is nationally recognized for her work advancing the study of talented and gifted programs.
