Please read (don't skip) this important information.
By continuing, you are accepting the following conditions of entry for your students, which are necessary for fairness, safety, and security of all participants and their property:
My student individuals or teams must each register on-line by February 13, 2009.
The fair must receive their registration fees by February 20, 2009.
My students must bring to Fair check-in either an SRC Approval form from their Science Coordinator stating that all their SRC/ISEF forms are complete, on file, and on the Fair premises, or COPIES of their complete SRC/ISEF forms. For safety reasons, students without one or the other of these will NOT be allowed to participate in the Fair. I further accept that SRC/ISEF forms subsequently found to be incomplete for any student may lead to disqualification of that student at any stage.
I accept that the judges' decision on Fair day is final.
I will not remove any project from the exhibition venue before the end of public viewing, and only by providing Fair officials with the removal pass for that project or my contact details with photo ID.
