To claim your prize you can either campus mail the confirmation page to Box 0231, fax it to 8-4138, or bring it to our office.  We are located at Dawson Service Center, Suite 170. Gift cards are valid at the Mane Course located in Hughes-Trigg.

  • The first 100 employees that present the confirmation page will receive a $5 gift card.
  • The next 100 employees that present the confirmation page will receive a $4 gift card.
  • The next 100 employees that present the confirmation page will receive a $3 gift card.
