Information for Guests
Parents and guests of students being honored and awarded do not need a ticket to attend the Honors Convocation ceremony on April 15, 2013. Students may bring an unlimited number of guests.
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Guests are encouraged to be seated by 5:25 p.m. The ceremony is expected to last between 60 to 75 minutes. Attire for Honors Convocation is business casual.
We hope you join us for a reception on the Dallas Hall Quadrangle immediately following the ceremony.
Guests with disabilities can park in the parking lot located on the northwest side of McFarlin Auditorium facing Hillcrest Avenue. Entrance to this lot is from McFarlin Boulevard. You may enter McFarlin Auditorium using the ramp on the southeast (McFarlin Blvd.) side of the building. Ushers will be available for assistance.

Tell the agent that your travel arrangements are for Honors Convocation at Southern Methodist University.
