Changing a Saved Selection

 

PARKING
All student motor vehicles parked at anytime on University Property must have a valid parking permit.  Permits purchased during the Fall semester are valid for the entire academic year.  (I.e.  Permits purchased Fall 2005 are valid thru Summer 2006.)

MEAL PLAN
All resident students are required by University policy to subscribe to a Meal Plan.  All other students may choose to subscribe to any of the listed meal plans.  Please note: Summer 2006 residential dining will be at Mac's Place, located in McElvaney Hall.  Sales tax is included on the residential restaurant access (board portion) of the dining membership.  Flex Dollars and EXPRESS CA$H are taxed at the point of sale.
A. $525.00/5 Weeks $1,050.00/10 Weeks
Full Meal Plan offers a block of 50 meals to be used at Mac's Place throughout each 5 week period.  In addition, 225 Flex Dollars accompany this meal plan per each 5 week period.  Flex Dollars may be used at any of SMU's retail food centers.
B. $466.85/ 5 Weeks $933.70/10 Weeks
Partial Meal Plan offers a block of 35 meals to be used at Mac's Place throughout each 5 week period.  In addition, 200 Flex Dollars accompany this meal plan per each 5 week period.  Flex Dollars may be used at any of SMU's retail food centers.
C. $283.25/5 Weeks $566.50/10 Weeks
Mini Plan offers a block of 35 meals to be used at Mac's Place throughout each 5 week period.  In addition, 25 Flex Dollars accompany this meal plan per each 5 week period.  Flex Dollars may be used at any of SMU's retail food centers.
N. None
Student does not live on campus, and does not wish to purchase a meal plan.

HEALTH CENTER
Students enrolled for the Summer term may request the health center option at the time of registration, or may pay the fee at the Health Center at the time of treatment.  The health fee covers unlimited primary care, physicians visits at no charge, as well as counseling services.

PONY EXPRESS
Pony Express is a prepaid debit account available to all students.  Account holders may present their SMU ID card in lieu of cash to make purchases throughout campus.  Pony Express accounts are honored at all dining facilities on campus at individual meal plan rates.  Pony express may not be substituted for required resident meal plans.

CHANGING A SAVED SELECTION
If you originally selected NONE, or never selected your Campus Essentials, you can still purchase Campus Essentials through the second (Summer 1& Summer 2) or fifth (Combined Term) class day  for the given term.  Simply go to Access.SMU and select Campus Essentials.  Then select the Campus Essential you want to purchase.  If you need to make any changes to saved Campus Essentials information, you must contact the Park 'N Pony office.
