Information for Guests
Parents and guests of incoming first-year or transfer students do not need a ticket to attend the Opening Convocation ceremony on August 21, 2011.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to be seated by 5:15 p.m. to ensure that they see their student process into McFarlin Auditorium. When taking your seat, please do not leave empty seats between your group and others or within your group.

Guests with disabilities can park in the parking lot located on the northwest side of McFarlin Auditorium facing Hillcrest Avenue. Entrance to this lot is from McFarlin Boulevard. You may enter McFarlin Auditorium using the ramp on the southeast (McFarlin Blvd.) side of the building. Ushers will be available for assistance.
