At the end of the term, instructors enter grades on their grade rosters. After instructors enter grades, the Registrar’s Office ‘Posts’ the grades which then may be viewed on Access.SMU. Posting times are listed below.

Weekdays:
Posting: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. (M-F)
Posting: 10:00 p.m. (M-F) nights

Weekends through the FIRST two weekends after exams begin:
Saturday: 8:00 p.m. (night)
Sunday: 8:00 p.m. (night)

Weekends beginning the THIRD weekend:
Sunday night only: 8:00 p.m.

If the grades are entered after one of the above times, the grades are not posted until the next scheduled time.
