Enrollment Verification

Student/Parent

Students may request an Enrollment Verification by mail, fax, telephone, e-mail and in person. A written request should include the student's full name while enrolled, student ID number, and last date enrolled. Enrollment Verifications may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. Processing time may be up to two days during peak times at the beginning or ending of terms.

Forms are available outside the Service Counter of the Laura Lee Blanton Student Services' Building. Valid photo identification is required when picking up the report in person.

Since current enrollment status is considered directory information the university can release enrollment verification to parents, unless the student has specifically requested to restrict the release of his/her directory information.
