INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING STUDENT APPLICATION FOR CANDIDACY TO GRADUATE

Students must file an Application for Candidacy to Graduate with their schools of record before their diploma will be issued and before they can participate in the ceremony. The Academic Deans/Directors of each school of record will provide the ACG form for each individual student.

Students will be assessed a $45 Apply to Graduate fee approximately six weeks prior to the graduation date.  Students will be notified when the fee is added to their miscellaneous student account.  Students may pay online by MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check.  They may also pay in person by cash or check at the Registrar’s Office in the Blanton Building.  Fees not paid by the due date will result in a hold placed on the student’s account.
