Shred and Shed Shred & Shed

Mustang Shed and Shred is five week High Intensity Interval Training program designed to challenge every muscle in your body. The comprehensive exercise will push you to new limits, while focusing on a different workout every week. Preconditioning is required.

Cost: For $100, get a group of 5-10 people together for workouts twice a week.

Lunch with Lamont

Get an extreme total body workout on your lunch break. Let Lamont get you into the best shape of your life, as he takes you through an intense 30 minute workout that will leave you energized throughout the afternoon.

Cost: $40 for 4-weeks of classes (twice a week). This program is offered 2-3 times a semester.

Fitness Five

Grab five of your buddies and get ready for an intense workout with one of our certified personal trainers.  All groups must consist of FIVE people and all group members must be able to meet twice a week for five weeks.

Cost: $10 per session ($100 per person)

Boxing Conditioning

Join our very own former professional boxer, David Douglas and get fit like a trained boxer, while also burning fat, toning muscles, building coordination and releasing stress!  This nine-week program will mix martial arts, self-defense, fitness training and prepare you for whatever life might throw at you!

Group Training Cost: $170 (MW: 4:30-5:30pm)

Shant's Core Shredder

Shred your core with 30 minutes of high intensity body weight exercises.  This class will strengthen your lower back, obliques and abdominals

Cost: $65 (MWF: 7:30-8:30pm)

Get Fit with Monika

Tone and energize your entire body with one of SMU's top athletes!  This 45 minute circuit training workout will help you reach your optimal fitness level!

Cost: $60 (TTH): 4-4:45pm
