
Mustang Shed and Shred is five week High Intensity Interval Training program designed to challenge every muscle in your body. The comprehensive exercise will push you to new limits, while focusing on a different workout every week. Preconditioning is required.
Cost: For $100, get a group of 5-10 people together for workouts twice a week.

Get an extreme total body workout on your lunch break. Let Lamont get you into the best shape of your life, as he takes you through an intense 30 minute workout that will leave you energized throughout the afternoon.
Cost: $40 for 4-weeks of classes (twice a week). This program is offered 2-3 times a semester.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to box or at least get in as good of shape as a boxer? Well this program will give you that chance. Work with an actual boxer, as they get you into the best shape of your life! Some preconditioning is required.
Cost: $75 for 6-weeks of classes (cost of additional
equipment: mouth guard, 16oz gloves and straps)

Grab five of your buddies and get ready for an intense workout with one of our certified personal trainers. All groups must consist of FIVE people and all group members must be able to meet twice a week for five weeks.
Cost: $10 per session ($100 per person)
