NEW SMU Nutritional Counseling
Beating the battle over the bulge

Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Doctoral student of Naturopathic Medicine, Morris Brossette, serves SMU Fitness through offering nutritional counseling sessions. All clients must begin with scheduling a 1-hour initial health assessment. The price of this assessment is $100, and includes a 3-day diet analysis. Morris recommends bi-weekly 30-minute sessions follow the initial consultation. 30-minute sessions are $50. Committing to the bi-weekly sessions following the initial consult will help pave the way to success over diet pitfalls, and enable you to win the battle over the bulge
In addition to one-on-one consultations, SMU Nutritional Counseling Offers:
· Pantry Purge: Morris will come to your home, explore the food in your pantry and refrigerator, and purge the items that may be hindering a healthy diet. He’ll also offer suggestions of healthier alternatives that you may choose to pick up on your next trip to the supermarket. Price: $100
· Group Grocery Store Tour: Morris will lead you through a tour of an area grocery store to help you navigate the aisles and find staple foods that need to go into your buggy on a regular basis Price: $20 per person (minimum 6 people)

· SMU Nutritional Lectures: Separate the myths from the facts, and learn current information on hot nutritional topics. Price: $20 per person (minimum 6 people)
