Hilltop Sports Camp Registration
All Sessions are now FULL. Please send an email to tymcdonald@smu.edu if you would like to be placed on the wait list.
Camp tuition is $250 per session, SMU faculty/staff is $200. Before or After Care is an additional $25 per week.
Medical Waiver
Print and complete one medical waiver form per camper. Medical waivers must be submitted prior to the first day of camp and may be mailed to the address listed below or faxed to 214-768-1422.
Payment
Submit payment by:
- Filling in applicable credit card information on the online registration form (Please note that we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards).
OR
- Choosing the check payment option on the online registration form and mailing a check to the address listed below. A confirmation email will be sent when the check is received.

Refund Policy
Written cancellation will be required for any refund. An email to
tymcdonald@smu.edu is acceptable. A full refund will be granted, less a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation is received in writing by April
30th, 2013. No refunds will be granted after April 30th, 2013.
