Virtual Cycling is an interval workout on a Spinning, upright, or recumbent bike. You will ride through all sorts of various terrain by manipulating your speed, resistance, and/or body position. Put on your biker shorts and be ready to ride like the wind in this instructor-guided 48-minute workout.
